Applications submitted through arxmade.com are business applications: they are stored by our host, emailed to us, and never sold, shared for advertising, or resold as a lead. That is described on the privacy page. If you applied to partner with us, this page does not apply to you.

  Your right to opt out ArxMade LLC, operating its brands arxmade.com, ArxLeads, and MyPolicyCompass, respects your right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and under applicable privacy laws of other U.S. states, you have the right to direct us not to sell or share your personal information.

  What "sell" and "share" mean Under California law, "selling" personal information means transferring your personal information to a third party for monetary or other valuable consideration. "Sharing" means transferring your personal information to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising (targeted advertising), whether or not money changes hands.ArxMade LLC and its brands may engage in activities that qualify as "selling" or "sharing" personal information — specifically, the transfer of consumer inquiry data through ArxLeads to licensed insurance professionals and buyers, and the use of advertising technologies that share data with Meta, Google, and similar platforms for targeted advertising.

  Opting out at any time You have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information at any time, free of charge and without discrimination. If you opt out, we will stop selling or sharing your personal information going forward, subject to your future direction.You may also enable a Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal to communicate your opt-out preference to us automatically. We process valid GPC signals as opt-out requests where technically feasible.

  How to submit your opt-out request To opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, you may email ArxMade@gmail.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information", or mail your written request to: ArxMade LLC, Legal Department, 30 N Gould Street, Suite R, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801.

  What information you will need to provide To process your request, please provide: your full name; your email address (as provided to any ArxMade LLC brand); your phone number (as provided, if applicable); the specific brand or website through which you submitted your information (if known); and the approximate date you submitted your information (if known).

  How we will respond We will confirm receipt of your opt-out request and act upon it within fifteen (15) business days. Because of the nature of our platforms, we may not be able to verify your identity with certainty prior to responding. If we cannot verify your identity, we will still provide a description of our data practices and note your request in our records.Please note: we cannot remove your information from third-party databases of licensed partners who received your information prior to your opt-out request. You will need to contact those parties directly to request deletion or opt-out from their communications.

  Authorized agents You may authorize an agent to submit an opt-out request on your behalf. Authorized agents must provide written authorization signed by you, and we reserve the right to verify authorization directly with you.

  Non-discrimination We will not discriminate against you in any way for exercising your right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. You will continue to receive the same quality and level of service.
